Massage - Using gentle soothing flowing strokes, relaxing essential oils and a nurturing therapeutic awareness & touch to deeply relax & soothe away tension & stress and emotionally rebalance. Reiki brings healing & balance to the whole person (body, emotions, mind & soul) where vital energy has become blocked & unbalanced. A deeply relaxing peaceful therapy & a wonderful complement to medical therapies to reduce side effects & accelerate self healing & recovery. Reiki is hands on healing - usually a person undergoing treatment is lying down, fully clothed and no oils are required. The therapist gently places hands on the body over each charka or specific areas of pain, discomfort or injury.
